Terms and Cancelation conditions
Cancellations: If you cancel up to 24 hours before the day of the arrival date: the hotel will not charge.
If you cancel after the deadline or if you do not show up: the hotel will charge the first night as expenses.
Modification of reservations : If you need to make modifications to your reservation, you can choose to make a new reservation and cancel the previous one or by contacting the hotel directly by e-mail info@apartamentosmestret.com or by phone +34 971 341 021.
Cancellation penalties
If you cancel from 05/13/2022 at 09:00 you will have a penalty of € 46.17
Booking conditions
Minimum age for check-in: 18.
Reception open 24h. Check in time will be from 2pm and check out at 1pm. In case you need a late check-out, you can ask the availability and the cost of the reception the day before departure.
We have free luggage storage and courtesy showers.
There is free public parking near the hotel.
Sending a reservation request with your data
Please check that the information you have sent us in your reservation request is correct, with special attention to your e-mail address.
If you detect an error, send it again.
We recommend reserving plane or boat seats before confirming the reservation at our establishment.
Reply time
After having checked the availability of places, within a maximum period of 24 hours.
You will receive by email our reply to your reservation request. Within the email you will be sent a payment link where all your request data is included so that you only have to make the payment online
Validation and payment of the reservation
In case of having availability for your request, we will send you in our reply the total value (VAT 10% included) and a payment link where all the data of your request are included so that you only have to make the online payment of the deposit with your credit card
You will have to make the payment of 15%, within a maximum period of two business days by means of deposit or transfer to our bank account, or using the payment link to complete the payment of the deposit with your credit card
Failure to pay within the established period will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation request.
The rest of the payment must be made upon arrival at the establishment.
Any expenses derived from the transfer will be paid by the client.
The total payment of 15% is essential to make the reservation valid and effective.
In case of error in our evaluations, these will always be subject to correction, the customer having to pay the correct price.
