GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Making a reservation through this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

These conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client (hereinafter, the “Client”) and MESTRET, S.L. (Apartamentos Mestret), in accordance with current Spanish legislation regarding consumer protection, e-commerce, and data protection.

The Client declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Apartamentos Mestret reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. In any case, the conditions in force at the time of making the reservation will apply.

3. BOOKING PROCESS
To make a booking, the Client must select the dates of stay and complete the requested information on the booking form.
Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the property at:

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Apartamentos Mestret reserves the right to cancel any booking if incorrect or fraudulent information is detected.

4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TERMS
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
All guests must present a valid ID in accordance with current regulations.

The property may request a security deposit upon arrival, which will be refunded after the accommodation has been inspected.

5. PRICES AND TAXES
Prices shown are in euros (€) and include VAT.
The tourist tax (Impuesto sobre Estancias Turísticas) is not included in the price and must be paid at the property, according to current regulations in the Balearic Islands.
Prices may be subject to change at any time; however, the prices confirmed at the time of booking will always be honored.

6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms will depend on the rate selected at the time of booking.

The property may request credit card details as a guarantee, as well as make advance payments according to the rate terms.

7. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
The cancellation and modification conditions applicable to all reservations are as follows:
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total stay amount will be charged as a guarantee.
Free Cancellation
The Client may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.

In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.
Late Cancellation
If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the arrival date, the Client will forfeit the deposit (10% of the total reservation cost), which will not be refunded.
Modifications
Modifications are subject to availability and may involve price changes.
If the modification is made within 5 days of arrival, the same conditions as for late cancellations will apply.

No-show
If you do not arrive at the property without prior notice, it will be considered a late cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The Customer agrees to:
• Use the accommodation appropriately
• Respect the property rules
• Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the stay without refund.

10. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS
Claims should be sent to:

They will be addressed within a maximum of one month.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with current regulations.
