INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

A) ADMISSION CONDITIONS

The establishment may deny access to or continued presence on its premises in the following cases:

  • To persons not registered as guests.
  • When the maximum permitted capacity has been reached.
  • When the operating hours of the facilities or services have been exceeded.
  • To minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
  • When minimum hygiene conditions are not met.
  • To persons exhibiting violent or aggressive behavior, or who cause disturbance to other customers or staff.
  • To persons carrying weapons or dangerous objects, except in the case of law enforcement officers in the performance of their duties.
  • To persons who consume or show signs of having consumed drugs or narcotics, or who are intoxicated in a way that disrupts the peace.
  • To persons who harass, intimidate, or disrespect staff or other customers.

In any of these cases, the establishment may request the intervention of the competent authorities if necessary.

The customer will be obligated to pay for the services consumed up to the moment of expulsion or denial of access.

B) RULES OF CONDUCT AND OPERATION

  • Guests must pay the amount of their stay according to the booking conditions.
  • It is not permitted to accommodate a number of people greater than the number booked.
  • The facilities must be used responsibly, avoiding behavior that may disturb other guests.
  • The rest of other guests must be respected, especially at night.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or in the indoor common areas (except in designated areas, if any).
  • Access to private areas or areas for the exclusive use of staff is prohibited.
  • Staff may Request customer identification at any time.

C) PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The establishment is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings not deposited in the apartment's safe.

It is recommended that you:

  • Store valuables in the safe.
  • Do not leave belongings unattended.

D) CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND SERVICE

For any questions related to the operation of the establishment, customers may contact the responsible staff.

The establishment will designate At any given time, a responsible person will be assigned to handle any incidents, with management ultimately responsible.

E) SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES

The establishment may offer information on external services (excursions, activities, transportation, etc.).

These services are provided by third-party companies, therefore the establishment is not responsible for their proper provision.

F) ANIMALS

Animals are not allowed in the establishment, except for guide dogs in accordance with current regulations.

G) PARKING

  • The establishment has free outdoor parking.
  • Spaces are limited and cannot be reserved in advance.
  • Availability will be confirmed on the day of arrival.
  • The establishment is not responsible for damage, theft, or incidents involving parked vehicles.
  • The customer must provide the vehicle details (make, color, and license plate).
  • The establishment reserves the right to revoke parking privileges in case of misuse.
  • A deposit may be required for key or access, which will be refunded upon return of the vehicle.

H) RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Keep an eye on your luggage at all times.
  • Keep the apartment door properly closed.
  • Check that it is locked before leaving.
  • Inform the staff of any incidents or problems.
  • Respect the establishment's schedules and rules.
  • Avoid unnecessary noise, especially during quiet hours.
